雷虹，电气工程博士，教授，博士生导师、硕士生导师，国家级人才（海外引才计划青年人选），海南自贸港C类高层次人才。目前主要从事区块链、可信计算、智能传感器等领域的前沿研究，在国际顶级期刊和会议上发表学术论文30余篇，著有学术专著，获得国际学术会议SMASIS最佳论文奖1项，近年来主持和参与国内外科研项目10余项，包括主持国家重点研发计划项目课题1项、国家自然科学基金地区项目1项、海南省重大科技计划项目课题1项。
