Dear International Students awarded with Scholarships:

In accordance with the relevant regulations and requirements of the competent departments of international student scholarships, we will implement the annual assessment system of scholarships for international students who have been awarded with scholarships of our university, and the annual assessment requirements for Year 2020 shall be notified as follows:

I. Students for Assessment

Assessment will be carried out for the international students being awarded with Chinese Government Scholarship, Hainan Provincial Government Scholarship and Hainan University the Belt and Road Initiative Scholarship.

II. Assessment Process

1. Students should download and fill in the relevant assessment form.

2. The institute of the student shall fill in the students' performance and other information.

3. School of International Education shall organize the assessment.

III. Notes

1. Students shall submit the electronic assessment form to Room 103, the International Student Management Office of the International Institute of Education before April 19th, 2020(Sunday).

2. If fail to participate on time without reason, the student is considered to waive the scholarship.

Please attach great importance to this assessment, fill in the information truthfully and submit the personal assessment materials on time.
