In the principles of openness, fairness and justness and merit selection, the on-campus evaluation of the autonomous enrollment program of Chinese Government Scholarship of Hainan University in Autumn 2020 has been concluded. China Scholarship Council holds the final supervision and review right on the application and use of the scholarships. This list may change before the approval by China Scholarship Council.
