Submitting Application

Applicants should log in Online Application system https://hainanu.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx and submit the required materials according to the program they are applying for.

Qualification Verification

The university will check the application documents and issue the Electronical Letter of Admission, Visa application form for Study in China to the qualified students after the applicants are approved.

Visa Application

Admitted students should take the Passport, Letter of Admission, Visa application form for Study in China, the Foreigner Physical Examination Form and other required documents to the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in their country to apply for Student (X1 or X2) visa.

Registration

Admitted students should register within the registration period mentioned in the Letter of Admission. Exception can be made to students who have informed the University of their special reasons and have been granted permission for delay.


Note

Application fee should be paid when you submit your application materials, and the application fee is non-refundable whether you are admitted or not.

The applicant should affirm that all the information and documents provided are true and correct. Any conduct of falsification, fraud will result in cancellation of your admission qualification.

If the applicant's visa or residence permit has expired or is about to expire, the application will not be accepted.
